Withdrawal period

Consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal in distance sales, subject to statutory exceptions under Finnish and EU law.

Condition of returned products

Returned products should be in saleable condition. If the package has been opened, handling may be assessed according to hygiene and safety requirements.

How to request a return

Send your request to notifyuse@shimvornvex.world with order details, contact data, and request date. Return instructions will be provided by email.

Reimbursement process

After return verification, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days unless a different legal timeline applies.

Non-waivable rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under Finnish Consumer Protection Act and applicable EU law.
